Optum Support Hotline: National Unrest

Optum is offering free emotional support and information on coping after a traumatic event for anyone impacted by the national unrest.

These acts of violence can be difficult to understand and may cause intense feelings, physical stress, unexpected emotional reactions and/or strained relationships. To access Optum’s free emotional support please call 866-342-6892 to reach the Public Crisis Line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Callers may also receive referrals to community resources to help them with specific concerns, including financial and legal matters.
