Severe Weather Support

Recent extreme winter storms have led to loss of power and other damaging effects in many areas of the country. Some especially hard hit areas, including Texas are continuing to experience severe weather.

Have you been impacted by the storm?

Reach out to your Store Manager, AVP or Regional VP to let them know your situation.

For emotional support in these trying times, consider using the services offered by our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is free for all part-time and full-time employees and their families.

For benefits related questions, contact the Benefits Team at the Corporate Office: 800-347-4348 or benefits@discounttire.com.

FEMA and other government support:

Have you incurred extraordinary expenses as a result of this extreme weather?

The Bruce T. Halle Assistance Fund (BTHAF) provides basic assistance to employees who incur extraordinary expenses as a result of disasters, public health events, or other emergency hardships. Assistance may be granted for necessities such as shelter, medical bills above what insurance will cover, or other unforeseen expenses caused by the disaster, public health event or similar circumstance.
