What is your motivation for joining the Contest? Whether you joined the Spare Tire Contest to lose weight, improve your health, or to learn new health and wellness tips, we are here to support you by sharing helpful information from our benefit vendors and other health professionals. During this contest you will receive information on:

  • Eating healthy
  • Starting and/or maintaining an exercise regime
  • Maintaining healthy habits
  • And more

Taking this first step by signing up for the Contest is a great start and we will send you information each week throughout the Contest to keep you motivated. Your next step will be to start thinking about how you will take action to improve and/or maintain your health.

  1. Think about what you want to achieve during the Contest.
  2. Put your goals in writing and refer to them regularly throughout the Contest.
  3. Visualize yourself at the end of the Contest.
  4. Create a plan for reaching your goals.

Just as you strive to be the best with customers and co-workers, apply that same care and attention to your health goals.
