Healthy, balanced diets include a variety of foods to ensure your body receives the nutrients it needs. Your diet should include:

  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Whole Grains
  • Proteins such as beans, eggs, nuts, lean meats, poultry and fish
  • Low-fat or fat-free dairy products
