Full-Time Benefit Guides

Full-time employees are eligible for the Company’s benefit plans after 30 days of full-time employment. To view costs and elect and/or change benefits, employees will log into Workday by clicking the Workday tile in their Okta dashboard.

NEWLY ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES: Welcome and congratulations on your benefit eligibility with Discount Tire!  Be sure to review the Benefits Enrollment Checklist so you understand everything you need to do within the benefits enrollment timeline.

Benefit Changes

Some benefits may only be changed during an eligible enrollment period, such as upon hire or our annual open enrollment each fall. If you experience a qualifying life event, you may be eligible for a special enrollment period where you can make changes to some of your core benefits.

Part-Time QEC Benefit Guides

To be eligible for Qualified Essential Coverage (QEC) medical benefits, part-time employees must average 30+ hours per week for the look back period, which is the previous 12 months.  Each year, eligibility for this medical plan will be reevaluated based on ACA guidelines and the average amount of hours worked for the Company. 

To view costs and elect or change benefits, employees will log into Workday by clicking the Workday tile in their Okta dashboard.
