2026 Full-Time Benefits Open Enrollment: What You Need to Know

Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to make changes to your benefits — enroll in or update coverage, switch plans, add or remove dependents, or drop coverage — even if you haven’t experienced a qualifying life event Updated.

Open Enrollment Dates
Monday, October 6 – Friday, October 24, 2025

Employees should log in to Workday by clicking the Workday tile on Okta to complete their benefits enrollment for the 2026 calendar year.

Important
Some benefits do not automatically renew and must be re-elected during Open Enrollment to continue coverage in 2026.


What’s NEW for 2026

NEW Digital Benefits Guide

The printed Benefits Guide is no longer being mailed. Access the new, redesigned digital guide anytime, from any device. It’s easier to use and helps you make the most of your benefits.

NEW Vision Insurance

Starting January 1, 2026, EyeMed will be our new vision insurance carrier, offering enhanced coverage and an expanded provider network. Refer to the Vision section in the 2026 Benefits Guide or visit the EyeMed Virtual Benefit Fair (Password: EM484QN2) for more details.

Beginning with Open Enrollment, you can consent to receive employee benefit plan documents electronically instead of by mail.

  • Supports our sustainability efforts — Less paper, less waste
  • Keeps everything in one place — No more digging through mail

How to Opt In

When completing your Open Enrollment in Workday:

  1. Refer to the 2026 Benefits Guide (linked under Helpful Links), and review the Electronic Consent for Benefit Plan Documents page. If you would like your benefit plan documents electronically, you must opt in during Open Enrollment.
  2. To opt in, go to the Consent tile in your enrollment event.
  3. Select Electronic as your preferred delivery method and submit.
